Chef’s Introduction

Dear Patron,

Growing up in a Greek household from a Greek island, I learned the art of home Greek cooking at gatherings. There I began to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the Greek cuisine — each dish told a story. So what I cook, I do with passion. Please understand that some dishes may take longer that others, as I make it all fresh and cooked as ordered. Nothing is pre-made or microwaved.
